Yes, it’s Oktoberfest in Hawaii.It’s that time of year when it’s ok to dance like a chicken. If you’re looking for something more sedate, The Hale Koa Hotel’s sit-down dinner is the perfect choice for families and big groups. October 7 through 9, the Honolulu Shriner’s Hospital for Children is throwing a second annual Oktoberfest celebration party at Gordon Biersch. Each day caters to different age groups: Friday is a pau hana party for the young professional and college crowd.  Saturday is the main event with bands, contests, cuisine and drinks. And Sunday is for the keiki, with games, clowns and activities. $20 adult, $5 children, $45 weekend pass.
